It combines various factors such as guest nutrition observances, allergens, nutrition facts, specific ingredients, and religious food types to provide a personalized nutrition value for every guest using their individual characteristics which impact personal health in positive ways. GNV focuses on the needs of the consumer and ensures consumer specific nutrient profiles can be delivered by food service operations worldwide.
